Service Description
If you've been looking for a creative space that feels safe, and haven't yet found one - welcome. This Woman's circle is for those of you who need a creative community to share ideas, gain inspiration, or just to have some quiet time to dedicate to making something, or finishing a project that you've been putting off. This space is not limited to artists - perhaps you love to create beautiful meals, write poetry, or you make music - all creative pursuits are welcome. The session will run for around 90 minutes, and you can show up in the way that feels most comfortable to you. For the first 20 minutes or so we'll have a chat and say hi if you feel comfortable, and share what you're working on - this is completely optional though, so it's perfect too if you just want to be present without participating. For the next hour or so, we'll have some quiet time, where we get to body double with everyone else in the group as they go about their acts of creation. This is to give us all the opportunity to make some progress with whatever it is we're working on. Audio will be muted, and I'll likely point my camera towards whatever I'm creating, so you don't see me making faces whilst I'm concentrating on painting or drawing! For the last few minutes, those that wish to can share their progress, then we'll close out the call. There's no obligation to arrive or leave at a certain time, so if you can't attend for the entire session, that's perfect too.
