Purchasing a print or digital file does not transfer copyright ownership. You may display purchased prints for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution in any form — including printing, scanning, or sharing digitally for commercial purposes — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Commission artwork

When you commission a piece, you receive the original artwork (or a print, as agreed). Copyright remains with Tracy Christina at all times.

Reference photographs

By submitting reference photographs for a commission, you confirm that you are the original photographer or hold the rights to use the images provided. Tracy Christina accepts no liability for any copyright infringement arising from reference materials submitted by clients. Professional photographs require written permission from the original photographer before work can begin. Reference photographs may be used for progress updates and promotional purposes on social media and this website unless you request otherwise.

Artwork sent as part of the subscription club is for personal enjoyment only and may not be reproduced or resold.

Photography & website content

All photographs of artwork on this website are also protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
